All changes for bookings must be conducted 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours are charged at 75% of the original booking price. Cancellations within 24 hours of the original booking. No-shows are charged at 100%.
Appointment postponement and cancellation
Bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment are binding without option for cancellation or re-booking.
Late arrivals will be charged at original booking price, and the treatment will finish as booked regardless if the original treatment objectives have been accomplished.
