All changes for bookings must be conducted 24 hours prior to the appointment. You can amend your bookings via our online booking system or by ringing us directly on number.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours are charged at 75% of the original booking price. Cancellations within 24 hours of the original booking. No-shows are charged at 100%. Bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment are binding without option for cancellation or re-booking.

Late arrivals will be charged at original booking price, and the treatment will finish as booked regardless if the original treatment objectives have been accomplished.

If availability, the treatment can be completed however extra time charges may apply.

In our treatments, we respect your privacy and our staff have a duty of confidentiality.

Our treatment facilities are private and closed.
We also respect the integrity of our staff and any inappropriate behavior directed at an individual is strictly prohibited. If necessary, we require our customers to prove their identity (passport or driver’s license). We are cooperating with the police.
